I'm a soil scientist turned online community organizer for organic agriculture.

Online: I'm pretty new to current online technologies, but feel comfortable working with them. I'm helping to teach university professionals about new technology.
Open Source: I've been a site admin using Drupal for a year now, starting to learn how it works more all the time.
Programming: No programming skills (yet.)
Teaching: Worked as a middle school teacher for a couple of years.
